Xiaobaitu, please help.

I ted my H1 extension appliction and my wife's H4 extension about 3 months ago. Then our green card applications got approved only one week after we sent out our H1/H4 extension applications.

Today, I received approval notice of my H1 extension, but my wife's H4 extension application was denied due to her use of AP last year. The notice sent to my wife also says she is out of status now and must leave this country within 60 days. But she already received her GC two months ago.

Questions:

1) Does my wife really need to leave now even she already has GC?

2) What status am I in now ? Was I switched back to H1 due to this H1 extension approval notice?
