Xiaobaitu, 非常感謝你上次關於I-485批準後如何為國內的兒子申請綠卡問題的幫助,懇請你再幫忙回答以下關於I-824的填寫問題。
Part 1:
如何填寫Company or Organization Name和 IRS Tax #
我們找律師file的I-140 NIW 和I-485,是填寫原來file I-485時工作單位, 還是填寫現在老公換的新工作單位？還是N/A
Part 3: Provide the requested information regarding the original application or petition.
1. Give the following information about the original petition or application.
Type of Petition or Application (Form Number) 是指I-485嗎？
2. Give the following information about the petitioner or applicant for the original petition or application.
Current/Most Recent Immigration Status是H1-B嗎？
3 Give the following information about the principal beneficiary of the original petition or application.
Family Name (Last Name)
Given Name (First Name)
是指老公的名字和地址還是兒子的名字和在國內的地址？
打電話和發email給我的律師，律師不回電話也不回email。找了其他律師，隻能和接線生講話，留了言，都沒回音，真著急。
