I have a friend who filed 485 in 2002 after he got 3 140 approval: eb1a, eb1b, and niw. He just got his in the past April, after almost 5 year NC, including all kinds of letters and communications. Finally he got it 4 months after WOM, which is not effective now.

I think your NC is one of the 3 million NCs that USCIS resent to fbi on the first wave of this NC backlog.
