請問出身證明可以用傳真複印件嗎?

我剛在國內辦的出身證明. 要是郵寄過來太慢.
請問出身證明可以用傳真複印件嗎?
再問一個愚蠢的問題. 要是沒結婚,辦485要辦單身證明嗎?
