申請人是computer artist, 主要工作範圍是; 電腦特效,有在英國,加拿大和美國等大公司工作的經曆, 最近參與的電影是spiderman 3,電腦專業的博士後, 但之前地工作與現在的工作好像有gap,不知道應該怎樣把前後兩工作聯係起來,自己感覺case不是很強.
RFE要求以下5方麵的東西:
1. evidence in which clearly establishes that the self petitioner has demonstrated sustained national or international acclaim. Please provide evidence to show how the acclaim is of national or international merit.
用申請人的國際工作經曆好像不夠, 其它還有什麽可準備?
2. evidence to establish that the self-petitionaer’s achievements have been recognized in the field through extensive documentation. The evidence must clearly demonstrate that the beneficiary’s achievements set him/her apart from others in the field of expertise.
推薦人中有兩人是Oscar獲得者,可以把他們的獲獎證書也放進documentation中嗎?
其它還有什麽會有幫助?
3. evidence that the alien seeks to enter the United States to continue work in the area of extraordinary ability.
目前所在公司的合同夠不夠?
5. evidence the alien’s entry into the United States will substantially benefit prospectively the United States. Documentation must clearly show what the benefit will be to the United States.
