another example for vsc to tsc

My PD was November 2002. The case was moved from VT to TX. I got an email from CRIS that " Card production ordered.". I am not sure what does this exactly mean. I would appreciate you guidance,

1) does it mean that I-485 is approved
2) when will the green card be issued
3) how much time does it take after the notice.
4) so far no information about the interview

thanks Kumar. my pd was september 2002, they moved my case as well from VT to TX. I got the finger printing notice about 3 weeks ago and then a email from CRIS saying " you cards have been processing" and then today saying " approval notice sent"
