交了485的F1想要保持F1身份不用EAD可以做RA/TA嗎？

想和老公一起file 485，但是現在自己還是F1，要四年以後博士畢業。
聽說要保險的話，最好不用AP/EAD,那麽還能做RA/TA嗎
