Also I want to know this transferring does not passive effect my application for GC under NIW and EB-1? I applied and am going to apply by my behave.Because time is running out, I must make dicision before J1 expired. by the way, in my case, my visa doesn't need to submit the two years limited, I was told, I don't need to get J1 waiver.
