The HR in my company don't want to put "permanent postion" in the employment letter, She just put it as "full-time regular" and says that they are same.
Are they really same or not? Do I need to fight with her to ask her to put "permanent postion" in? Also, do I need ask her to stamp the letter?
Thanks.
Is "permanent postion" needed in the employment letter
