please help for filling 485, Xiaobaitu!!!!!!!!

I am principle applicant, my wife with H1B is my depend, but I am very confused about whether or not it is neccessary for my wife and son to I-134.
The other question is: both my wife and I have valid H1B and do not intend to go back to China, because we were back just a month ago, I don not want to I-131 and I-765, do you think that is fine? thanks millions.
