知名度比較高 色大膽小Xiaobaitu. Radiology, or other expert;

please ask for some questiosn;as current situation is so good ,I also like to Co-file 140 and 485 now , as all date is " current " .

my situation: my current status is J1 visa , waiver approved, actually I plan to file H1 b visa in this Oct /2007. so now the question : Co-file 140 and 485 now, if the 140 reject, can affect the later H1b visa application and approve ? right ???

another, my girlfriiend still study in the university (USA) , F1 visa, not sure what time to marry , soI cannot add her name in the form . even later time apply the green card, add her name in the form , can also affect her OPT aplication ? beacause she need 3 years to graduate, right ?
