Xiaobaitu: questions about forms

I am filling the forms. Can you give us some help?

medical examination:
我和ld上周去做了485體檢，當時體檢之前，我打電話問過律師，律師說既然ld每個星
期都回我那邊，那麽就把ld 485 體檢的地址寫成我那邊的地址也可以，這樣比較一致
。但是ld前年ar11是寫的這邊的地址。請問有經驗的老大們，這樣一來，如果ld其他表上麵是寫的他現在的地址，就和體檢報告的地址不一樣了，會不會有問題？我是不是要讓體檢醫生給ld 重新出一份693表格，用ld這邊的地址。


For G-325A:
1）last address outside the United States of more than one year?
這是說我1999離開中國時候的地址嗎？可是我們那裏已經完全拆遷了，原來的房子早就沒有了，我們家2002年買了新房子，我應該寫新房子的地址嗎？

2）employment of last five years:
請問學生算不算。我從1999-2004一直讀書，2004-2005在家，2005後找到工作，該怎麽寫。

3）last occupation abraod:
出國前一直是個學生，該怎麽填？

For I-131:

1) what is class of admission?
是不是F, H? I got H1 here and did not return to China to apply H1. So what should I fill here?

2) In part 7 of I-131, do I need to write something on a separate sheet of paper to explain how I qualify for the AP. This is what the form said.
