My daughter is only 7 yrs. She was born in China
I always use her English name as her given name
and her Chinese name as her middle name,
but her Chinese Passport with her chinese-pinying name.

My question:
When I apply for GC, I should use her Chinese name as her
given name or her English name?
Is it necessary to change name for her following your steps?
