請問有沒有寄往TSC申請AP的朋友？

我昨天用USPS把申請AP的材料寄往：

USCIS
PO Box 851182
Mesquite, TX 75185-1182

剛剛track了郵件的投送記錄，有如下文字：

Status: Notice Left

We attempted to deliver your item at 11:33 AM on June 14, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

感覺很奇怪。。。postman隻是留了條子，TSC那裏竟然沒有人接收郵件？！請問在TSC辦理申請的朋友，有沒有類似奇怪的經曆？預先謝謝大家！
