說YES,百分百要REF.說No.查的比率非常少.萬一查到,因為MEDIAID 不屬於PUBLIC CHARGE.簽政官也會要求REF.不會馬上據.我所認識的象你這種情況的,沒人說YES.也沒人查到.必竟職業移民被懷疑有PUBLIC CHARGE的可能性非常非常小.SSN是不會有記錄的.一般來說,申請Prenatal care and children's insurance. the information of the application is not shared(Private act)untill required by law.比如說PR審請時,department of public assistance must verify the Alien number with INS. so the INS will know which PR apply for the public assistance.but for the alien without Alien number. the DPS will not share information
如果VO不懷疑你有PUBLIC CHARGE的嫌疑而到你曾住過得每一個州的DPS查,you are ok.說心理話,這種可能很小.NCis the most important part during your 485.個=中風險,你好好考律,這隻是我根據自己的了解下的結論.
