To xiaobaitu, NJTOO or other experts

Finally I can file my 485. I have a EB2-NIW approval. However, I am thinking to change my job within 180 days, will that affect my 485 petition? Thanks a lot.

Also, I have to withdraw my pending EB1a at first, do you know how soon it will take to get the confirmation from USCIS?
