急問小白兔

1。我是辦的EB3，I-140在2004年已批，I-485PENDING，PRIORITY DATE 是2003年9月，2006年底得到CIS通知，補了公司的雇用信、前兩年的W2、當前的兩個月的工資條。現在H1B的第8年延期沒有批準，必須用EAD。但公司改了工資條件，提高了提成比例，降低了基本工資，其他(JOB TITLE，DEION)不變。現在，排期已到，目前的工資變化會不會影響綠卡的批準？

2。因我的工作不穩定，我太太報了NIW I140，去年已批，可以在7月報I-485。這次
以她作為申請者，我作為DEPENDANT。我們正在猶豫在I-485，是否在添以前的A NUMBER還是不添為好？不知CIS審批的程序是怎樣的，會不會把兩個I-480的PACKAGE搞混，導致DELAY？
