can i move withou I-140

approved?

Please, I need help urgently!
I filed my I-140 and I-485 of RIR six months ago without any response, although the I-140 receipt indicates that the case would be processed in 150-180days. Now I have to change a new job in 2 weeks (the similar job). Can I leave without the I-140 approved?
