Is anyone the same situation as me? RIR, 08/2003, in BEC? Let's co-wait. I wonder if my 140/485 is filed soon, will my case been processed earlier than others with later PD or just stay at the same boat. Is there any benefit to premium file my 140 with additional $1000? Thanks for your reply in advance.
