hot topic - reenter Canada

Hi,
I got my PR Card last November, I came back US after I pick up the PR Card. Recently I am going to back Canada. The situation is that I don't want to tell the canadian officer that I have been absent for 4 months,I probably say that I have been 1 week out of Canada. But I am concerning that there are some stricti track records in the system since PR Card rules take into effect. I went through land cutome, there is no record before. Does anybody sharing your experience or expertise on this? thank you so much.
