try to find certified Chinese doctor

most of Chinese will be TB（皮試時包比校大）, and typically Chinese doctor can understand that, and mark as negative. non-Chinese doctors typically ask for X-ray

Chinese doctors also will disclose it BEFORE seal it if any other concern.
