Whatever pain someone is feeling, it is NOT the others fault, who are also in the same boat as yours and who may also feel the pain that you can not feel, or even can not imagine.

Second, even if there are no others who might "take" your quota, it is not YOUR quota at all. CIS would rather waste them than give them to US, YOU AND ME AND ALL OF US!

I said it before, and I have to say it again---
Let us see through whom we shall fight with, at least never, ever with each other ourselves.
