J-1 waiver help!

我 於 2月 中 旬 將 “ Statement of reason”和 所 有 DS-2019表 的 複 印 件 一 起 寄 給 DOS。 現 在 DOS網 站 顯 示 “ Statement of reason”收 到 ，而 有 關 DS-2019表 的 信 息 沒 有 更 新 (隻 顯 示 出 我 去 年 申 請case number時 遞 交 的 DS-2019收 到 ，而 沒 有 顯 示 我 今 年 新 寄 的 DS-2019的 消 息))。 請 問 J-1豁 免 前 輩 我 現 在 怎 辦 ？ 是 否 需 要 向 DOS寫 信 問 詢 或 重 新 再 寄 一 次 ？ 謝 謝 ！
