收到移民局的信有關部門status,隻字未提 NC或FBI,說明什麽?

信是由 local office 發出, 回答我的查詢 N-400 status. 以前的詢問回信裏(另外不同的 office), 都會明確說, 現在 pending FBI NC. 這個 office 的信沒有明確說明是在哪裏卡住了, 是通篇費話的官樣文章? 還是別有含義? 謝謝
