Don't worry about it, you will be fine.

Yes, when you applied for your current H1B, your salary had to match the minimum prevailing salary requirement. Your salary from your future company also has to match the prevailing salary requirement, otherwise, your H1B / or H1B transfer can not get approved. However, if your current actual salary from your current company is only about several thousands (say $3000.00 - $5000.00) of dollars lower than what was written on your current H1B application forms, there will be no problem at all.

If your H1B gets RFE, you or your attorney can explain that your company generally distributes year-end bonus in December which is part of your annual salary.....

One of my friends experienced the same situation just like yours when he got his first H1B. He renewed once and transferred once before he finally got Green Card in last year. Therefore, don't worry about it, you will be fine.

Good Luck!
