485 pending - travel to Canada for new H1B visa

My I-485 was ted last month, now I want to travel to Canada to apply a new H1B visa (I am a Canada PR, using H1B extension approval letter). Questions:

- Will there be any problem when I re-enter US using the new H1B visa?
- Will the new I-94 and new visa cause any problem for my penging 485 case?
