EB1-REF was sent last June. same story: no update for long time; made phone call the same time when checking my mom's B2; about 3 weeks later, received a letter saying it was denied and the result was mailed Sept. last year.

In both cases they claimed we need to update our address. however their letters, which claim our address was not updated, found their way to us without problem.
