Is it right : FBI NAME CHECK的有效期: 15 months?

I really do not know whether there is an expiration date or not for Name Check. This is why I asked this question.
Someone said "there is an expiration date and it is 15 months." Is it right or wrong?
I do know the the Finger Print expires every 15 months. How about FBI name check?
