No change for now and most probably next couple years.

But the optimistic new bill supporters still believe that the Senate may come back to discuss that again later this year, I doubt it. And even if Senate opens discussion on that again, the chance to pass the House is slimmer, if not zero.

Therefore if I were you I'd plan as no change in the law.
