called TSC twice but each time I was asked to call an 800 number or the national service center. SHE (unfortunately we all talked to the same lady) rejected to give me ANY information about my case status or FP result, or when our cases will be touched for processing.

When I asked her if our FP results were sent to VSC, she did say that was wrong.
