應該是批了，下麵是我的時間表(日期記不清，隻有年月）：
NIW 140&485 concurrent submission (DIY， 隨大溜的一批) 09/2005
1st fingerprint 10/2005
I-140 approved 02/2006
J1 waive 04/2006
J1 轉 H1B 04/2006
2nd fingerprint 04/2007
RFE 05/2007 (many items requested,mainly J1 waive)
Card ordered 06/11/2007

本來應該很高興的事，想起花的冤枉錢就不爽，咋就沒個先知先覺呢，AP剛批，還沒收到，EAD還在懸著，好幾百刀，兒子說那能買多少遊戲啊，唉。

這裏可能有相似的案子，希望能給大家一點鼓勵，這是典型的CSC轉NSC，然後2nd fingerprint和RFE，很快批了。
