INFOPASS: wish to speak to an immigration officer? or

To do an infopass to check the status of I485, should I choose:
wish to speak to an immigration officer or
have a question about your case?

If choose wish to speak to an immigration officer, can I talk to an immigration officer or still I can only talk to the clerk.
