gc2020 which center approved ur I-140, TSC or NSC?

so far, I got nothing from my attorney yet. I fedexed to NSC on 05/31 overnight and Fexdex deliver confirmed on 10:20AM 06/01 NSC.
My I-140 was approved by TSC.
