Canada Landing and H1 visa stamp in Toronto

I am currently working under H1 status, and will land in Canada as PR next month. I plan to stay in Canada for only a couple of day, but would like to apply H1 Visa stampping in Toronto. My questions are:
What's the chance that the application be denied?
What's the chance my case get checked? (I am an accountant, no sensitive major).
What kind of H1 visa I am going to recieve? One time/multiple entry? I really would like a multiple entry visa so that I can use it to go back to China.
And finally, if the visa turned down for whatever reason, can I stil safely go back to US.
