xiaobaitu please : my wife (H4) is planning to go back china no

however, her advance parole is pending. If I get the approval notice and mail it to her, I am wondering if she can use it to enter USA when she come back from China, or she must go to consulate to apply for H4 visa again?

I appreciate your help.
