Thanks for pointing out the critical issue. That is why I am in such a delimna. Worse worse, we just hold off the green card application, and let my parents apply for non immigrant visa every time they visit.

My mom is the only child of my grandpa's. And my grandpa is a stubborn person who refuses to go to the nursing home. We could do nothing but respect his choice. And I am the only child of my grandpa's. Sigh.
