I had a birth certificate turned in. at the interview, the CIS officer said she needs a family registry to bllaanh... basically, she also mentioned my bith certificate looks different than a lot of others she had seen..

Please... in this situation, should I go ahead getting HU KOU BEN?
or should I go having my birth certificate notarized:?
