My 485 transferred from VSC to TSC in March, mailed

EAD to VSC in April, got approved in May. The instruction of EAD application form says that you need to file your application to the service center where you originally mailed your 485.

If you mailed to TSC, you can still get it. But it will take a little bit longer.
