The first city you entered into US during your last trip from other country to US. For example, if you fly from Vancouver, Canada to San Francisco, US, then "Place of last entry into US" is San Francisco; If you fly from Beijing to Los Angeles, the "Place of last entry into US" is Los Angeles.
