I have a lot of experiences on that. For example, when your case are ready to go, they suddenly stopped all processing and said restructure and training for improving the future process. It will cost you few months to years to start to process your case. When my case was TED to NSC. They sent notice exactly one month after their receiving date. It was another month delay on my case and their processing date was shifted back and forward several times and it cost only a few months for them to move up one month.......Just be patient and waiting.....
