Lots of people here reported get RFE in May for additional TB skin test. And sometime your first 693 form was not completed correctly they just ask for more.

This is very common. I also got RFE for TB skin test, ted and received on 5/31, with otehr materials, and my case got approved on 6/4.

So just do as they asked! Good luck.
