proposal for WOMers: divide the research work and share result

Seems there are more and more WOM cases recently. As I said before, very likely all we will get MTD, so we should prepare to response for MTD right after you file complaints. I suggest we divide the work to research recent MTD cases. I suggest:
1. each WOMers focus your local court, or your circuit, search ALL WOM for immigration (choose nature of suit 890, focus on 01/01/2006-recently).

2. check all cased got MTD, and summarize the results (grant/deny MTD, or pending)

3. save those all response to MTD, and Judge comments

4. If we can show that Majority Court indeed deny MTD, and we will be in very good position to fight back.

5. I will summarize cases from first circuit (Maine, NH, MA, RI)
