置頂：急， H1b gap請明白的解答！

New job start in September, current job will be end in June 30th. The employer's attorney say I have to leave the US, only the new job start before July 29th, I have possible stay in the US. Is the attorney correct? What I can do? I really do not like go to Consulate for visa again. Any advice? Thanks!!
