Asking help for N400 information, Thanks!

My interview for my Citizenship was on August 2006 and got stuck with FBI name check. I got a letter from FBI last week saying that my name check is finalized and forwarded to USCIS on April, 2007. So I went to Infopass yesterday to check my case status.

The officer told me that it is in the queue and waiting for scan to get a date. She has a really bad attitude and refuse to answer more questions. So I am wondering if anybody know:
What is in the queue, my name check result or my case?
What Date do I need? Another FP, or something else?
