140 and 485 question

EB2 RIR based 140/485 (PD:2/2002) submiited to TSC in March, 2007. The 140 is pending now. But I have an approved NIW 140 (PD:11/2005). Now the cutoff date has moved to 1/2006. Do you think I need to switch to NIW one to make 485 faster?
