The problem is that I want to STOP the transfer now because of Visa Bulletin's big forward movement which makes my PD become current. My attorney is going to file my 485 application before the end of this week. My attorney cannot CANCEL my H1 transfer without the receipt number. What I am worrying is that my H1 transfer will be approved without the receipt number - Do you think this scenario is possible?
