Who have tried Halifax Consulate for H1-B visa stamp

Anyone who has been to Halifax, Canada for H1-B visa appointment? I would like to go to Halifax during the 4th of July holidays and then go to the visa interview around that time. Are the procedure and requirements same as other consulate offices in Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa?

Any advise is appreciated.
