Am I right?

I have H-1B status (from f1) and already applied Labor Certification in VA on May 2003. From this website I learned that going back to China with AP will not require a visa stamp from America Ambassy in China. So, I told myself that once pass the LC, I will file the AP and go home. Unfortunately my LC process is not moving much.

I thought about an alternative way. And please correct me if I am wrong.
Apply Canadian green card, once get it, go to canada->china->canada->U.S.A

Anyone have done it before? or is it doable?
