Just called TSC and seems that they are well trained

My PD just got current. NIW-EB2, TSC, PD: Sep/05, 1st FP: Oct/05, 2nd FP: 05/07.

Called 1800 and was transferred to TSC and wait for at least 20 mins to speak to live person.

Was told that my case is pending. Asked whether my name check is cleared, she answered "Since November 1st 2006, we do NOT have access to that information because of privary protection act.". She then asked
me to contact FBI directly. I ask her how. She told me to go to FBI website and find the contact number.

Feel extremely frustrated. Anyone has similar experience?
