請大家幫忙，關於485的問題，多謝答複！

首先謝謝昨天一些網友的答複。


我（主申請人）的485是和140一起遞的。485 pending.
現在想遞spouse's 485.
6月剛到排期，5/21遞的，5/24被退。
It says:

"Your I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Ajust Status is being returned because it must be demonstrated from the priority date of your approved I-140 that there is a visa available for you from your home country. Please provide evidence that your priority date does have visas available for your home country when you re your application. All other adjustment applications must be filed at the local district office.

網友myturnnow認為：
you already got the returned app, my guess is that your 485 reached CIS mailroom before 6/1. if your pd just became current on june vb, it is supposed to be returned.

我覺得蠻有道理的，但是我還是有點擔心。

在485的part 2上，究竟選哪一個。(我選的b）
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved.（Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved)
b. my spouse or parent appled for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spoused and children.


我擔心移民局會不會認為這是 FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCES（親屬移民），而不是職業移民，要不然，都選那個啊？親屬移民的排期早著呢。
